Foundation scope

Core pricing is broad enough to run daily school operations.

The Foundation subscription is designed around the core operating layer: admissions, student records, academic structures, attendance and leave, fees, communication, exams and reports, and library or inventory basics. Role-based access, the institute operating environment, standard product updates, cloud hosting and standard remote support are part of the subscription.

Capability truth comes before the order formOnly capabilities verified for the selected release and operating context are contracted. Smart-campus devices, AI features and any pilot or simulator capability are not silently represented as production-ready.
Implementation is paid work

Launch with accountable scope—or test one decision first.

Foundation rollout · ₹1,00,000 once

One production campus, discovery and readiness review, base configuration, one agreed current-state import cycle, two remote administrator training sessions and go-live coordination.

Managed rollout · ₹1,50,000 once

Foundation rollout plus role-based adoption planning, expanded remote training, acceptance coordination and the initial managed-success operating review.

Decision Pilot · ₹75,000 for 45 days

One agreed buyer workflow, synthetic data, named participants, success measures and a decision meeting. Production provider side effects remain disabled unless separately approved.

Full conversion credit

The ₹75,000 pilot fee is credited to the one-time rollout when an annual order is signed within 30 calendar days after the pilot decision meeting.

No hidden cross-subsidy

These costs are quoted separately when they apply.

Commercial guardrails

Predictable for the school and sustainable for the product.

  • Subscriptions are contracted annually and billed in advance. Applicable GST is additional.
  • The committed active-student count and campus scope are recorded in the order form. Up to 10% in-term enrollment growth is included; the count is reviewed at renewal.
  • Published prices apply when the stated assumptions match. The signed order form controls the exact scope, capability list, support hours and dependencies.
  • A three-year non-cancellable subscription term receives 5% off subscription fees when each year is paid in advance. Rollout, provider usage and custom work are not discounted.
  • Discounts do not stack. Impact Access is separately capacity-controlled and sponsor-funded; it does not reduce the commercial price baseline.
  • Proposals remain valid for 30 calendar days unless the proposal states otherwise.
Three-year discipline

Compare the full operating cost, not only our headline.

Ask every shortlisted vendor to state subscription, implementation, migration, integrations, training, support, renewal basis and exit assistance over three years. Mark unknown charges as “not confirmed.” Use the School ERP Buyer Guide to compare workflow and trust evidence alongside price.

Turn the published baseline into an accountable proposal.

Share student count, campuses, first workflows, migration sources and provider dependencies through the Health Check. We will return the applicable plan assumptions and next decision step.
